The Embody team is embarking on a challenge starting Monday 22nd May: 100 Days of Pilates! At least 10 minutes of Pilates daily for 100 days.
Throughout the challenge the Embody team will be sending out weekly email updates with videos of three easy exercises that you can do yourself!
