Lauren started her career as an Exercise Physiologist where she gained valuable experience prescribing exercise for a broad range of the population. Following years of teaching Pilates, she wanted to offer her clients a more comprehensive approach and experience. Therefore she decided to become a Physiotherapist where she could offer both hands on and exercise based treatments. Lauren has worked in private practice providing Clinical Pilates, musculoskeletal and sports physio.
